How We Deliver

We have mainly 2 type of delivery service

  • Delivery through Ta-Q-Bin
  • In-house Delivery (Tank & Cabinet)

 

Our delivery service will ensure that you receive your order directly (not postage service)

We always ensure the safety of all parcels before sending

We aim to deliver the item to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.

We always aim to deliver within 3 working days from the date of any order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

Delivery is within Singapore only.

 

 

Delivery of small items or non -fragile item will be out source to Ta-Q-Bin.

Ta-Q-Bin ensure that you receive your order directly

Ta-Q-Bin will do a redelivery if you are not able to receive your order on that day

 

 

Item like Tank and cabinet will be delivery directly by our company.

Bulky item like Tank and Cabinet will be deliver by us.

We will always set a delivery timing with you before delivery.

 

Delivery Service

 

We aim to deliver the item to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your order.

We always aim to deliver within 3-4 working days from the date of any order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.

Delivery is within Singapore only.

EOA reserves the right to reject any delivery not in favor to us. E.g. multiple locations within an order. Subject to order cancellation policy by EOA, EOA shall be obliged to deliver the products to the customer only upon confirmation of customer's order and receipt of full due payment or satisfactory evidence of due payment from customer.

Delivery of products shall be made in accordance with the traded terms at current time of order, date and time as EOA may notify customer by email, fax or phone. Upon delivering the order, the person who receives the goods may be required to sign on the invoice to acknowledge receipt of the goods.

For delivery in Singapore, if the first delivery attempt is not successful due to nonavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery, there will be no surcharges for the first re-delivery.

If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery or collect the Product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:

  • charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
  • no longer make the item available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable order, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money already paid to us under the applicable order, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the item, and any storage fees as provided for in clause (a) above)
